现如今受欢迎的电动扳手应用在诸多领域，不仅是汽车，连我们的日常生活也到处都需要紧固件的使用，而的电动扳手就需要利用它的优势来为我们进行零件的加固，以防在未来的使用中发生特殊意外。那么使用电动扳手时又该注意哪些问题？

Nowadays, popular electric wrenches are used in many fields, not only in cars, but also in our daily lives where fasteners are needed. Professional electric wrenches need to use their advantages to reinforce our parts to prevent special accidents in future use. So what are the issues to pay attention to when using an electric wrench?

一、触电问题

1、 Electric shock problem

1.使用前应该检查电动扳手的内外零件是否完好，外壳和导线是否有绝缘效果，不允许有漏电现象；

1. Before use, check whether the internal and external parts of the electric wrench are intact, whether the shell and wires have insulation effect, and no leakage is allowed;

2.电动扳手所规定的电压应该与运用的电压相符合，且接地装置必须正确，不可以将插头插错方向；

3.如果需要操作金属容器，那么应该有专人在外面进行监护，而且漏电保护器与电源联接器、操控箱都应该放在金属容器的外面，操作人员应该踩在绝缘板上面进行操作，如果操作现场有湿润的地方，那么应该要穿戴适宜的作业服，切记佩戴绝缘手套和鞋；

3. If it is necessary to operate a metal container, there should be a dedicated person outside for supervision, and the leakage protector, power connector, and control box should be placed outside the metal container. The operator should step on the insulation board for operation. If there is a damp area on the operation site, suitable work clothes should be worn, and insulated gloves and shoes should be worn;

4.如果操作现场无电源，需要进行延伸线缆，那么应该使用容量足够的线缆，并安装在高架上，防止线缆被碾压损坏。

4. If there is no power supply at the operation site and extension cables are required, cables with sufficient capacity should be used and installed on an elevated platform to prevent cable damage caused by crushing.

二、机械损伤

2、 Mechanical damage

1.在进行替换扳头时应该将电源插头拔开，才可进行替换；

2.操作时应将扳手牢靠地固定住，防止东西抖动导致脱手，发生危险；

3.在开机前应该学会判断旋转的方向，用力均匀；
