大六角头型高强度螺栓紧固方法

大六角头高强螺栓连接副含一个螺栓,一个螺母和两个垫圈;扭剪型高强螺栓连接副含一个螺栓,一个螺母和一个垫圈。大六角头高强度螺栓副的常用拧紧方法有扭矩法、转角法和张拉法等。

A.扭矩法

A. Torque method

通过控制施工扭矩值对高强螺栓副进行紧固的方法。采用直接显示或控制扭矩的扭矩扳手拧紧到规定的扭矩值。

The method of tightening high-strength bolt pairs by controlling the construction torque value. Use a torque wrench that directly displays or controls the torque to tighten to the specified torque value.

拧紧分为初拧和终拧,对大型节点应分为初拧、复拧和终拧。

Tightening is divided into initial tightening and final tightening, and for large nodes, it should be divided into initial tightening, secondary tightening, and final tightening.

1)初拧,目的是使连接接触面密贴,初拧扭矩为终拧扭矩值的50%.初拧后的高强螺栓应用颜色在螺母上标记。

1) The purpose of initial tightening is to make the connection contact surface tightly attached, with an initial tightening torque of 50% of the final tightening torque value. The high-strength bolts after initial tightening should be marked with colors on the nuts.

2)复拧,复拧扭矩为终拧扭矩值的50%,复拧后的高强螺栓应用颜色在螺母上标记。

2) Re tightening, the re tightening torque is 50% of the final tightening torque value, and the high-strength bolt after re tightening should be marked with color on the nut.

3)终拧,按本批次连接副扭矩值所计算的终拧值(施工扭力值)进行终拧。

3) Final tightening shall be carried out according to the final tightening value (construction torque value) calculated based on the torque value of the connecting pair in this batch.

B.转角法

B. Corner method

转角法是通过控制螺栓与螺母相对转角值对高强螺栓连接副进行紧固的方法,即在板层间紧密接触后,利用螺母的旋转角度以控制螺杆弹性伸长量来控制螺栓轴力值。转角法拧紧施工分为初拧和终拧两步进行(必要时需增加复拧)。

The angle method is a method of tightening high-strength bolt connections by controlling the relative angle between bolts and nuts. After close contact between the plate layers, the rotation angle of the nut is used to control the elastic elongation of the screw and control the axial force value of the bolt. The corner method tightening construction is divided into two steps: initial tightening and final tightening (additional tightening may be necessary).

(1)初拧,采用定矩扳手拧紧螺栓。目的是使连接接触面密贴,初拧扭矩,对常用螺栓(M22、M24)定在200~300N·m比较合适;

(1) Initial tightening, use a torque wrench to tighten the bolts. The purpose is to make the connection contact surface tightly attached, and the initial tightening torque is suitable for commonly used bolts (M22, M24) to be set at 200-300N · m;

(3)终拧,用专用扳手再将螺母拧紧一定的角度,使螺栓轴力达到施工预拉力。终拧角度按表规定执行。

(3) Finally tighten the nut with a  special wrench at a certain angle, so that the axial force of the bolt reaches the construction pre tension. The final tightening angle shall be executed according to the table.

C.张拉法

C. Tensioning method

张拉法是用张拉器直接张拉螺栓,使其达到规定的预拉力,然后上紧螺帽加以固定。在张拉器上直接可以显示螺栓的拉力。

The tensioning method is to use a tensioner to directly tension the bolt to achieve the specified pre tension, and then tighten the nut to fix it. The tension of the bolt can be directly displayed on the tensioner.

大六角头高强度螺栓施拧结束后,要进行质量检查。方法是:

After the tightening of high-strength bolts with large hexagonal heads, quality inspection should be carried out. The method is:

用小锤轻击螺栓,检查螺母的转动角度是否足够;用0.3mm厚的试插器插入连接板层之间看是否紧密;用更精确的扭力扳手抽查5%的螺栓

Lightly tap the bolt with a small hammer to check if the rotation angle of the nut is sufficient; Insert a 0.3mm thick test plug between the connecting board layers to check for tightness; Use a more precise torque wrench to spot check 5% of the bolts
