定扭矩扳手一般就是可以设定扭矩值的电动扳手，也叫定扭矩电动扳手。电动扭矩扳手一般用来紧固大六角高强螺栓，使用时，先把扭矩调到需要规定的扭矩，然后紧固螺栓。

扭剪扳手主要是终紧扭剪型高强螺栓的，它的目的就是把扭剪型高强螺栓的梅花头打断即可。工作时将扳手头对准螺栓头，扣动开关即可开始工作，几秒后，螺栓梅花头将被扭断，然后抽出扳手扣动扳机将梅花头弹出，即结束工作。
