1、 现场施工必需按图纸准化施工要求进行施工。

2、 按照相关验收标准的要求,高强度大六角头螺栓连接副终拧完成1h后、48h内应进行终拧扭矩检查,检查数量:按节点数抽查10%,且不应少于10个;每个被抽查节点按螺栓数抽查10%,且不应少于2个。所以施工现场应在螺栓连接副终拧完成1h后、48h内提前做好检测的准备工作。

4、 施工单位在报检时应提前通知检测人员所报检的高强度螺栓所施加的扭矩为何种施加方法,原则上检测法应与施工法相同,所以报检前应说明是扭矩法还是转角法施工。

5. During the testing process, construction technicians and workers familiar with this construction method should be present at the testing site and cooperate with the testing unit for testing. The construction site needs to provide design drawings and specific parameters of the inspected components and bolts, including component names, bolt specifications, models, torque application methods, node positions, bolt numbers, and final torque calculation values.
6、 对高强度螺栓终拧扭矩的施工质量检测,应在终拧1h后、48h内应进行终拧扭矩检测。
