1、初拧扳手，可用电动扳手也可用手动带响扳手。但无论用哪种扳手施工前都必须进行标定，以便控制初拧扭距值。手动扳手作为终拧工具时，必须每班进行标定，并做好标定记录。

When the manual wrench is used as the final tightening tool, it must be calibrated every shift, and the calibration record must be made.
2、终柠板手：扭剪型高强螺栓是一种自标量型螺栓，因此终拧只须把高强螺栓尾部螺栓头拧掉即可，扳手不用标定。

3、终拧紧固时应注意，待梅花头全部套入套筒后，才能按下电动扳手开关，若内套筒只套入梅花头尺寸的1/3～1/2长度时按下电动扳手开关，将会造成梅花头打滑，并且影响套筒的使用寿命。

If the inner socket is only inserted into the 1 / 3 ~ 1 / 2 length of the ring head, pressing the electric wrench switch will cause the ring head to slip and affect the service life of the socket.
4、紧固时，终拧电动扳手应和构件摩擦面保持垂直，扳手倾斜是很容易导致螺栓尾部梅花头打滑，并易卡壳。

5、使用和保管中应注意防雨、防潮，发现有异常声音应立即停机检查。
