　　1、拉扳手时用力要柔和均匀。不要用短促、冲动的力来扳动，因为猛拉会产生一个冲量，在停止用力的瞬间，螺钉或螺栓可能已经扭过了头。

In many cases, 40%-50% of the torque is used to overcome the friction between the bolt head and the parts. Additional friction occurs along the thread surface of the spouse bolt and the hole. 　　4、在拧紧螺纹上有损伤或障碍的螺母或螺栓时，要注意通过损伤部位需要附加的扭矩有多大，将此附加扭矩加到的扭矩值上。

　　4. When tightening nuts or bolts with damages or obstacles on threads, attention should be paid to how much additional torque is required to pass through the damaged parts, and this additional torque should be added to the recommended torque value.
